BUSYPODs' soundproofing is effective to reduce the volume by 32 to 35 decibels when the door is closed. It works both ways - people outside will not be able to hear what's happening inside, and people inside will not be distracted by conversation or ambient noises outside.
BUSYPODs are designed for comfort - each one comes fitted with a low-noise electric fan to circulate fresh air within the pod, with a complete air change every three minutes.
Your Phone Booth has a comfortable, height adjustable stool available as an optional extra in a range of colours and fabrics. Alternatively, you can choose your own.
Our pods are built for portability - assembly and disassembly are both easy and efficient, meaning moving your pod from floor to floor or office to office is a breeze. For shorter moves, you can simply push them around using hidden wheels.
The majority of our materials are either recycled or recyclable, to minimise our environmental footprint. We use natural materials where possible, such as acoustic felt on the interior surfaces and wood and metal for the framing and exterior.

The Large and XL pods have furniture options such as sofas, chairs, and tables. We also have floor-mounted, height-adjustable stools available as an optional add-on to install in your Phone Booth and Medium Meet. These come in a range of colours. You can also provide your own seating. For our Large pods, sofas come with options for fabric and colour to match the design of your workspace.

We offer a range of customisation options, from aesthetic choices to practical. You can select which colours you want for your pod, from the exterior panels to the furniture and felt. Other customisations include add-ons such as data ports, wheels, coat hangers, mounted screens, and motion sensors (in place of a switch). We can also change the direction that the door opens in, but this must be specified at the time the order is placed.

Putting together your BUSYPOD is simple and straightforward. It can be assembled by two people in 1 - 2 hours, depending on the size you've ordered. We also provide a full installation service, to take the weight off your shoulders (literally - some of our parts can be heavy!) For an additional fee, we'll deliver and install your BUSYPOD on site, so you can start using it straight away.
For standard, in-stock pods it can take as little as 2-3 days for your order to arrive. For customised pods or specific styles we don't have in stock locally, it can take approximately 10-12 weeks.
We will arrange and take care of all the delivery and installation details for you. BUSYPODs are assembled on-site. Additional charges apply for delivery and assembly.
Our two-year manufacturer's warranty covers the cost of all manufacturing defects. If you have any issues with your pod, please get in touch with our sales team and we'll schedule a repair as soon as we can.
